  1. I just thought I would throw it out there...Maybe everyone already knows this. If so, sorry for "preaching to the choir". But you are not aiming for a 100% on the NCLEX. The NCLEX is not designed as a graded test - it is just a pass or fail. Practice and comp exams give you an idea of where you are at by giving you your grade as a percentage. But that is just it, practice! Remember also that there will be a national average. That is not 100%. (Seriously, can ANYONE make a 100% on the NCLEX?! lol...). For the NCLEX-PN, the NATIONAL average on a comp exam we took was only 67.8%. Just wanted to throw that out there, and remind everyone. Don't get so stressed over it. Just think positively, prepare well, and get some rest! Don't make yourself sick over it. Good luck!
