please, could anybody give any tip for the GNP interviews for the Eastern Health ? thanks!!!

Dear SC-RN: I am still in Adelide and you're gight you can find a lot of supportive people in hospitals. it will be nice for you to get back to here. My two big boys are still demanding my time and maybe a year after I'll enroll in a postgraduate course. I am scared now due to the GNP interviews in Melbourne. I did not have any interview in Adelaide for the GNP. If you could give any advise to be prepared for the interviews would be really appreciated Thank you and good luck with your studies

Daer SC-RN: That sounds awful!! That is bulling!! I finished my degree at Adelaide University and my placements were at teaching hospitals mostly, great placements, only one of them was in a private hospital,terrible experience!. Anyway you did it!! I know how you feel. I did think that public hospitals were the best place to get a GNP position in Victoria. What about private hospitals?? Have you heard anything about them? All the best whatever you're doing.

Hello Physteac: Thank you for the information. I live in Adelaide and I am moving to Melbourne next month. Actually, my husband got a job over there and we have to move everything including two young kids!!. I am quite sad because I have to leave my job (doing GNP in Adelaide from March 2010) and apply for a position in a GNP in Melbourne. In Adelaide mostly we dont have to do interview for the GNP. I am quite nervous as I have to do that. If you could give me an idea what do I need to prepare for the interview it would be really appreciate. Thank you very much Cheers
