Hey! I am a senior in nursing school and currently have a 3.5 BSN GPA but I failed a class. I didnt actually fail the class (i got an A) but i failed the clinical because the Professor thought my attitude wasnr "right" for Nursing as I have plans to go to Med School or CRNA, but most likely CRNA. ANYWAY... I have only gotten 2 B's and the rest A's all the way through and had a GPA of 3.8 with only 3 classes left. Without the failure (it is currently being appealed and I have 3 Instructors backing me up) I would have graduuated with a 3.85 - with the failure it will be about 3.6. I will also have all my pre med courses done and hopefully 2-3 yrs ICU done. I realize 3.6 is competitive... but will that failure (may be remoed after appeal) kill my chances if it stays? ALSO - I am a male and I failed for "attitude" in an obstetrics class. THANKS!!!
