So I'm going to try & appeal as well as apply to other schools, but so far i think no other school will take me. most say 2 failures in nursing classes will not be considered. I'm really at a loss. where should i go?

I need some help. I'm in a very bad situation. I enrolled in a 4 year BSN program & all was going well until I was diagnosed with cancer at the start of my junior year. I failed maternity due to me absences with class for treatment. I had to wait a whole year to continue & passed it the second time round. Then I moved on to medsurg & the same thing happened. I've been kicked out of my school due to failing 2 upper level nursing courses. I really want to be a nurse but things are just so difficult. They are telling me I have the option of appealing, but I'm scared I won't make it through. Should I start looking for other schools or pick a new major? I'm so lost. Please someone give me some advice! I'm down & out right now. Thanks.
