I just failed nursing school
Hi girl :), I remember couple of years ago I was working as a nursing student;i failed one of the components in the science unit; the feeling was not good at all. I went to work next day desperately seeking to talk to someone for some comfort; while showering my young patient who had recently lost her both legs; she noticed me looking sad and asked me; I told her the story and you know what she told me jersygirl, "she said she would anyday fail hundreds of nursinng courses but never want to loose her legs....and she also told me dont loose sight and your goal", and your goal jersygirl is to become a nurse. Rest but dont quit. Talk to your loved ones for support; they will never judge you.

literature submission
Hi all, could anyone direct me to a website where I can find information and guidelines as to how to write a literature for submission. I have written many literature reviews but not written any for submission. I am on my last leg to finishing my Masters and my last unit requires me to write a literature for submission. I have chosen to write on VTE (venous thrombo embolism). I am a orthopaedic specialist nurse so I will be submitting my litrature to orthopaedics area.. Thanks so much :).....

Is ortho a good area for a new grad RN?
"THERE ARE NO BAD PATIENTS JUST BAD NURSE", this comment is almost insulting to us all nurses, don't put us down we work very hard. which part of the planet do you live, ortho patient's are the most demanding. I have worked in all wards ortho is heavy and lot of running around.
