  1. sorry I'm screwing this all up but I hope you see my message ?
  2. Hi I got your message but it wouldn't let me pm you. We have learned a lot of nursing skills and the majority were learned in fundamentals and then they continue to build on things you learned as you progress. I have heard the same thing about IV insertion, some people say we will only be taught in theory but it is not something they have addressed yet but once they do Ill let you know.
  3. You should register for the teas test as soon as possible because you want your test to be submitted before September 1st and availability for testing is on a first come first served basis so you don't want to miss your opportunity for a well scheduled date. You can turn in your application for ccbc now. As long as they recieve it before the deadline. I hope this makes sense, you can also call the SHP and they will answer your questions as well.
  4. I don't know what you mean by two weeks early. Do you mean dosage testing?
  5. Hello Everyone! Congratulations to everyone who got accepted. I am currently in the program at Catonsville. I finish my last semester this fall. If you guys have any questions, please let me know, more then happy to help I know how it is right before you start :)
  6. Hey Everyone, I am currently in the Catonsville Day program. I completely understand what you guys are going through. Hang in there before you know it your acceptance letter will come and you'll be in the program stressing it out with the rest of us! I will give you all a little info about me- My GPA was a 3.05 and I scored a proficient on the teas. I am currently in Fundamentals and just started my spring break! lol Wish you all the best. Feel free to ask away I know you guys probably have lots of questions about the program, I know I did!
  7. Hello All! So happy for everyone who got accepted into the nursing program this fall! Kudos to you! I am currently still taking prereqs at Catonsville and after this spring semester I have three biology classes left. A&P I&II and Microbiology. Im already freaking out and worried about getting into the program at Catonsville. Does any one have any advice for me that could prep me for what I am up against? Also I have a C in my english class, Do you know anyone that this really hurt in the application process even if they still had a good GPA and a good score on the teas test? Thanks Everyone!:redpinkhe
