If you didn't get the invite to take the HESI few weeks ago, unfortunately you didn't get in. Keep your head up, apply everywhere you can. Applications at mt sac will come again for Spring semester 2022 soon enougg.

How did the HESI go for everyone so far? What was everyone's scores?

I believe if you have completed courses at another college, mt sac will need the officials to have on record. If you only have classes at mt sac, then they'll just need the unofficials to be submitted with the Nursing application.

I have a question for those of you who took your classes at Mt SAC. When you applied online for the RN program, it asks you to upload your high-school diploma or transcripts. I cant find mine, but mt sac has a copy on file when I first applied to the school. Did any of you leave that document blank because Mt Sac already has a copy of it as well?

I don't remember the book name, but I took the test right after I was done with physio.. so it was still fresh on my head. About the HESI.. thats what I read as well. I don't know what those points are for if you've already been selected? Maybe they'll take less than those 100 students?

I'm also applying, but I have 78 points. I took the HESI at Mt Sac last year and got a 92%.. it says they'll add the HESI points to those 100 students.. but I don't know what for?

Im applying in January for the fall. Quick question to you all regarding the multi-criteria screening.. to get the point for "Need to work", it says I can use a paystub from while I was taking the pre reqs.. I've been taking prerequisite slowly for years. Would I need a paystub for every single time I took a prerequisite?

Anyone get any emails? My wife's said 2 counselors told her that the program wouldn't even be open for Fall 2021.. I hope that's not true..those counselors aren't with the Nursing Dept. so I hope they don't know what they're talking about.

I've seen it. It seems it had increased the points for people with more experience in the health field or those with degrees and also those with prior military service. It doesn't show if you get points for the HESI, but on another page about the HESI, it says that you must get at least a 70% and will add those points (9 being the highest) to your final score. If the application period will start back up in Jan, I will have 87 points.
