    I am looking for advice from those who have gone before me: It took 6 months for the State to process everything but finally I AM LICENSED!!! Every place that I am applying, even the SNF's where I was told finding work would not be difficult, aren'nt hiring or are requiring a minimum of 1 yr. experience!! I am asking, seeking and knocking everywhere, anxious to start practicing my nursing..... yet, nothing. How am I supposed to get 1 yr. experience if no one will hire me! Help! Sincerely, Frustrated LVN:confused:
