  1. Finding a job as a New Grad RN in Akron, Ohio - Need Advce

    I will be graduating with my ADN in the next year and will be relocating back to my hometown, Akron, OH. I am wondering if anyone can give me an idea of the what the job market is like in the area; what the pay is averaging, best facilities, etc. Any and all words of wisdom and experience would be appreciated! I am an older student - have significant work experience under my belt (non-medical); former Paralegal as well as Dir. of Cust. Relations - I realize this will not apply when trying to find an RN position...just throwing it out there:) Anyway, if anyone could give me some advice/direction, I would be grateful! Thanks so much
