  1. I am registered for the ASU RN-BSN program starting in the Spring of 2011, that is if I can make it through block 2 at SCC this semester. I am excited about it and have heard that it is less time consuming although more pricey than GCU. I read on another post about your HESI scores and tutoring. I am uber interested as my Block 2 hesi is this tuesday. Available?
  2. In my opinion the RN's that I have experienced either make their day all about desk work and phone calls rather than patient care or they are doing as much charting as possible at the bedside while interacting with their patients. I think it's what you make of it really.
  3. There is the hardest working CNA who mentored me that has always worn a skirt. I thought it was strange at first with all the bending and lifting we do, but it works for her. I say whatever makes you more efficient and comfortable while still being semi stylish is a good thing...
  4. Is what you are going through really worth it? Will it ever get better or get worse? It is truly unfortunate that you're having to go through this but sometimes you have to choose your battles or walk away. You are the only one staying up at night worrying about it, so it's your call. Good luck!!
  5. I was lucky and got a CNA position with a great hospital with no experience. Just keep trying and don't give up. I was turned down many times before I found my current position and now am in nursing school which the hospital is paying for. Times are tough but you gotta stay tougher to get through it. Good luck!!
  6. This book is awesome! Taking the HESI on Tuesday and I hope it does me some good!
  7. Wow! That's awesome! Thanks for the info!!
  8. MassagetoRN, so you tutor huh?! I would love to chat with you as my block 2 hesi is this coming tuesday. Just signed up and not sure how to message you privately. Thanks and hope to hear from you!! tmangulo
