What region are you referring too? i live in the Los Angeles County area, and there is a good amount of people looking for CNA jobs so people like me have a harder time getting any chances because we are students. PRN? Per diem if im right? I read somewhere on here that new CNA's shouldn't do per diem shifts because you need to get the hang of things and procedures before you are comfortable enough to go per diem Thank you for your response :)
