    Congratulations! as a new grad...feeling exciting, anxious, scare ?? don't I know that feeling. I think for the first year or two maybe a good start would be the home care facility. The pay is not as high but it is a good place to built your confindent and experience. I think become an RN is costly but, if I mess up it costs me even more...
