  1. I got an email. I haven't looked to see if it changed in their system.
  2. Is this for L&D? I am just wondering when they notified you and how they notified you. Thanks!!
  3. Congratulations McKinneyMom!!! How exciting!
  4. Hi notola, I literally just finished the exam. I would focus on the worksheet she provided. I haven't really ever watched any podcasts, but decided to watch the final review and it REALLY helped me to understand the material and be able to link it if needed. I would also suggest reading over the prior tests and whatever you missed, going back to the RRD and re-reading. It certainly wasn't harder than the pharm final I can tell you that! Good luck!
  5. That's awesome that you emailed her!!! Maybe they'll look back through the exam and give some points or throw the questions out all together.
  6. Okay...are you kidding me?!?! Man...that is frustrating!! I am not sure if anyone noticed this, but questions that were thrown out from previous tests were on the final exam. And I am VERY unimpressed with the communication for the Pharm course. I will be mentioning that in my survey thing.
  7. @BJBailey1972 - Thank you! I am SO happy to be done with this class. I really wish the instructor would have had some assignments so the students could check their progress in comprehending the subject matter, but alas, she did not and we passed. All I need now is to make at least a C on my Path final and I'll be ready to celebrate the end of this semester. So happy to be so close to having the Fall 2011 semester behind me!!
  8. @BJBailey1972 - I noticed that too!!! I got a high C on my final - I'm TOTALLY okay with that. Just wanted to at least get a C in the class and I'm assured that with a C on the final (phew!). But I went back and checked and I noticed exactly what you are talking about. Frustrating!
  9. Has anyone taken the path final? I am taking it tomorrow and wanted to know what I would need to focus more of my attention on when reviewing all of the RRD's. Thanks!
  10. It was definitely hard...which is why I'm going to calm my nerves with an adult beverage in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1....
  11. Yeah...that exam took me almost the entire 2.5 hours. It was intense for sure. I'm hoping that possibly some questions will be thrown out...
  12. I really wish the Pharm professor would have given us assignments along the way. If anything to make sure we are understanding the material. I listened to some of the recorded lectures from a different professor and they were REALLY helpful. @kswilliams1107 - how are you studying? I am finding it difficult as well. The last test was my best test so far, I have a C and I'm okay with that, just need to hold onto it. As for the Path final - how are people studying for that?
  13. @julie1451 - That is exactly what I did. I did include emergency contact info. And thank you for reminding me to check the status of my certified mail.
  14. Question for those taking Path (or those who have taken Path) with Stephens - is she going to open the previous tests for review? I can not find anywhere in the syllabus that would help me find that information. Thanks so much.
  15. @Julie - I was accepted to the traditional program as well. Blackboard isn't showing anything for the orientation just yet for me either. I have mailed my acceptance back (certified mail) and I have completed my background check. Go to http://www.gp1.com/students. On the letter it is says "www.gpl.com/students" but that is incorrect. Once you are in there, it will ask names (previous names used too) and last 7 years of addresses. It will also ask something about licenses - but if you aren't licensed or certified in areas just hit continue. Hope this helps! And good luck to those still waiting on letters.
  16. @Judy - I am not partnered.
  17. I also wonder how much the HESI scores are weighed in the decision process.
  18. Accepted to the traditional , wait listed for AP Science - 4.0 Overall - to be honest I am not sure, I have all A's two B's and one C.
  19. I am not partnered, which is why I think I was put on the waiting list for the AP BSN program. I actually quit my job in August (where I was working evenings, 25 hrs a week and never go to see my kid) to go to school full-time and be a more involved single parent. It was a gigantic leap of faith.
  20. Well, I received my mail. I'm on the waiting list for the AP BSN, but was accepted to the traditional program. This is my third time to apply for a nursing program (first for UTA). I hope for some, this shows that persistence does pay off. I wish all of you the best! And if anyone was accepted to the traditional program or have taken in-seat classes at UTA, please private message me as I have no idea how to get around that campus - only visited once.
  21. Nothing in the mail for me in Rowlett.
  22. My stomach is in knots!! @jamielynn12 - so if what you interpreted from your conversation we should all be hoping for letters at the end of the week, the weekend or beginning of next week. Either way, good luck to all! Every time I think of getting a letter my heart starts to race. I, too, am preparing myself for either outcome - really hoping that I get an outcome worth celebrating though!
  23. I was able to do it as well, even AP classes - and I'm not partnered. It did ask for a Permission Number, curious if anyone else had the same box. I could add it to my cart without a Permission Number. It did not kick me out though. Hopefully they were able to mail the letters out today, as I am get ANTSY!
