    I pass meds on very busy ltc floor. 36 residents 10 that are very demanding . Call lights ringing constanly and 3 cnas on floor. Now the administration started standing outside of rooms as call lights go on. Do they go find cnas ,no they expect me to be answering lights toileting residents running after snacks turning someones tv up or down ect. I can not do this any longer and safety pass meds so I am moving on.
