  1. Try Staten Island University Hospital. They are so short of staff. They are accepting a lot of new RNs.
  2. I didn't work as RN there because before you can work for a job you still have to undergo volunteering which you have to pay. I graduated 2008 and got my license the same year.
  3. Hi, I'm a registered nurse in the Philippines. I'm a US citizen and so I have the legal papers to work here in NY. I just here in NY and have not taken NCLEX-RN yet. I have been submitting my resume to every hospital I can see but they only say the same thing. I'm overqualified to be a Patient Care Assistant and I don't have the certificate of a CNA. I'm just so desperate. I want to have a job. I wish someone will see this. Any idea of a job for me? I'm over educated but I'm underqualified.
  4. Try applying to Staten Island University Hospital for PCA patient care assistant. I applied for that position but the result was I'm overqualified. They are looking for High School diploma. And their orientation starts on May.
