    hey! so i'm a level 2 nursing student and my best friend is a level 1. she just submitted her first care plan and her teacher completely tore it apart saying it was horrible! i am trying to help her revise it, but i thought i'd see if there are other people who could lend advise as well. here is her nursing diagnosis: excess fld volume r/t increased abdominal grith s/t extra vascular ascites her aeb is: procedures pericentsis, clear fld draining out of the abdomen it's only her first one so it's not perfect but she needs a little help...thanks!
