  1. Hi i have a question, I will be applying in January for the fall2012 program, my gpa is around a 3.57 is there anybody that got accepted into the spring 2012 program with around my same gpa? I'm getting a little nervous.
  2. wow that is awful! well thanks anyway.
  3. wow that's really good! do you know what part of California she was living in?
  4. does anyone else have more information on this?
  5. the job market needs to pink up! thanks for the information! and goodstudentnowrn good luck!!!
  6. Hey lacedmm1 thanks for the information. what hospital are you working for? and yes a lot of my family has gave me the same advice to start off for a little bit down here and then move. The starting salary here is just too low. Nurses do deserve much more than 21.50. This economy needs to straightened up. I have some cousins that work up north and theyre RN's as well, they do say the living up there is expensive, but you do live pretty comfortable. i think it just really depends the location and where the hospital is.
  7. I'm originally from rhode island and i have lived in Florida for 6 years. At first it was great, but the weather gets so tiring its always very hot and humid, wages are very low, no jobs, and everything is so far away its ridiculous. I want to try a different state, but i guess ill see when i graduate.
  8. okay are you a nurse in the Tampa Bay area?
  9. thanks for the advice guys. does anyone know the average salaries though for tampa and Ny?
  10. I mean i have some family over there and im sure i could probably work something out. but in this state its really hard to find a job with a nice salary and from what i heard the pay in Ny is great especially for new grads.
  11. Hi I'm a nursing student and i live in Tampa, Fl.
