Thanks for your encouraging words! I knoww NYU tuition is just crazyyy, but I wanna think abt positive sides on NYU. Since its located in city, I guess its somewhat easy to get a job aorund there, and I dont have to apply for master program. If I am in one of nursing programs in NYU, I automatically get an admission to master program at there. I think which is good since I am thinking to become a NP. Of course, Binghamton is great school too. Well, we will be the nurse in the near future. I am just happy! Good luck to both of us!!

Yeah..that's what I have heard from people. Hm..now I am giving up hope on binghamton now. At least, I got into NYU..I am relieved.

Wow. I heard that its even harder to get into transfer program than accelerated program. Before you got an letter, did u chenck ur application status? was it said "net entered"??

Hey, Iam still wondering why I didnt get any letter from Binghamton. I got into NYU, Stony Brook(2yrs program) for now. However, Binghamton was my best choice school, cuz its 12month program and wayy cheaper than NYU. I have read some thread until March..After then, no one is talking about Binghamton anymore..

I still have one more class to go for todayyyy.. I was very nervous and anxious all the time since last year of application season. I got two acceptance letters(SBU and NYU) today..I feel very relieved for a sec and feel numb now. You will never understand how much I was stressed. I couldnt even sleep at all over night for few months.. and now its over..well...its really over!!!!!!!!!

I got accepted into both ursing school at NYU and Stony Brook(2yr program) today!! I was in alternative status for one yr program on january. after I got acceptance letter from SBU, I called them if there is still hope to get into one yr program..they said yeahhhh even if I got into two yr program. so...if I can get into one yr at SBU, I will probably go there instead of NYU. if not, I will go NYU I dont want to study 2yr..I know only 5month difference..and too expensive for NYU.. Welll , good luck guys~

yeah,,It was big and thin envelope with acceptance letter, response form, int' and citizen info., welcome to SBU paper, and one small envelop that I have to send response form with) it says: please complete and return the enclosed Pesponse Form within 5 days of receipt of this letter. I also got into nursing school at NYU today..I kinda wanna go there but..expensive..

I'm done with all pre-recs. Im in health science program at Stony Brook University. I will be graduating this semester.

My GPA is 3.53 now( I am a senior)and have over 250 hrs of volunteer experience.

I live in dorm at Stony Brook. My solar has "new student" tab on this monday. Thing is I applied to both one yr and two yr program. I am in alternative status for one year program. at that time, I did not have new tab. I still want to get in one yr program though!

Hey, all! I also found "new students" tab in this morning. I am currently attending stony brook as a senior student, and applied to both 1 and 2yr program for stony brook. For one year, I was in alternative. I am not sure if it is for 1yr or 2yr program. I am thinking it is for 2yr. Many ppl(including all my 3friends who got in one yr program) got accepted when they got "new students" tab before getting mail. However,at that time, I called nursing department and admissions office, and they said "new student" tab means nothing..but..I doubt it. Just because I was in alternative status, they didnt want me to be depressed.. I think..
