  1. Hi all I'm Thai male nurse. I have schedule for NCLEX-RN California board of nursing. I graduated from Thailand and got experience 1 year in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). I want to go to USA and take job here. I want to ask you in USA there is specific sex for this unit (prefer female nurse to male?). Actually I never think after I get License from Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council and take in to RN. I was chosen from Hospital to this work place , of cause I really enjoy to my job, I enjoy to pediatric clients but as I say I want to go to work in USA so I scare after I got CA RN-License and transfer to here I will not get same field of job. So I want your suggestion. - There are separations between male and female nurse for any unit such as PICU. - There is gap between race RN (I'm Thai/I'm Asia) - How female RN express, cooperation , team work with male (in Thailand she always accept and treat male RN as well as female sometime better )
