  1. I don't mean to be a downer, and I wish you the best of luck getting into UF, but I would definitely recommend applying to other nursing schools as well. It has become very difficult to get into UF's BSN program, as the number of seats available has been steadily decreasing year by year. UF's nursing website even specifically states that they highly suggest transfer students apply to several different colleges. As it is, they are forced to turn down several well-qualified applicants that are current UF students, so the odds are even worse as a transfer. If you have a 4.0, you're in the best position you could possibly be in as a transfer student, and like I said before, good luck!! Just hope for the best, but plan for the worst.
