I have an attorney now it took a year to find one. I was advised not to retake biology until court. Nursing board said as soon as college clears this up license can be reinstated.

I made a mistake I never retook Bio 101 and now I have to wait until this is over. I don't need anyone feeling sorry for me I have accepted what happened. This is a terrible thing that happened but it could be worse. I type this on my phone and sometimes I make a mistake.

I did fight the first year it happened called 762 lawyers no one could help. I have someone helping me now but it is a long process. I will know more in a few months. I have no more to the story. I will answer any question I can I have nothing to hide. Eventually you get tired of fighting and I need something to help me so I don't get so depressed if it don't work out. If it was a private college I think it would have been settled. No one wants to go against college or government.

Sorry your not correct 3 colleges in this state don't require it. Anatomy and physiology do not require biology 101. When I graduated my college did not require it.

Only failed biology once. I am working hard to be a nurse again. My luck has not been to good so I need a back up plan for my sanity. This ruined my life in more ways than one.

I was most programs don't require biology. Let's see I had 6 months to take class or I lost my job. No pressure just working 12 hours and driving 2 hours to class. I was a very good nurse helped a lot of people and held a lot of people who were dying. I passed nclex in 30 minutes 1st try never took biology.

Thank you I did retake it and failed the class. I took it online and was under so much stress I did not pass. Image working 7 years at your dream job and having it taken away. It was not a requirement when I graduated. They state I owed a balance first then said I did not feel out paper.

A troll really? I hope nothing bad ever happens to you. I was a nurse for seven years. This did happen 2 years ago and I am still trying to resolve issue. I took biology and failed was not a requirement when I graduated. I hope no one would ever fake this happening. I hope this happened for a reason. I know God is in control.

Not common at all one time in my state but it was not a nurse. I tell everyone I know to make sure you keep copies of everything. I never want this to happen again.
