    Greetings. First time posting here. I went this morning to take the NCLEX in Illinois and was denied admission because my driver's license shows my full name including my father and mother's last name. It has been this way for 4 years and I never had an issue. They did not accept the ID so I went to the DMV and got rid the my mother's last name. Now it shows the correct name they want to see. They are saying I have to pay $200 again to test! Is this correct? I can't believe that after cutting through layers of misinformation and bureaucracy I have to pay again. My level of frustration is beyond describable. Any advice is highly appreciated.
