  2. Hi there everyone, I have just joined allnurses so i am very green in using this site, so i will apologise in advance if this question has been asked already. I am a nurse in Australia and i have just gone back to studying. I graduated from nursing school when it was still hospital based training. i have not studied for a long long time. I have just started a course that requires a case study on a 4yr old ATW with asthma ( HELP) Can anyone tell me is a case study the same as a care plan?? One of the questions instructs "By using a systematic approach describe in detail how i would perform a patient assessment" I know how to perform it but HOW do i start to write it as a case study. I am really stumped Can anyone help???
