  1. I am not sure what to do. I just got my results via internet and it says i passed the written then i passed 4 out of 5 skills. on the 5th skill the test observer marked me for not doing things i DID! i am so confused. I showed her and did it and said it out loud. Now I have to retake the skills portion. I dont know if i can fight the results or if i should just forget it and retake it
  2. I am only taking one class and its super easy.. comp.1
  3. Anyone else there and any tips?
  4. I just started the nursing process by taking a CNA course. that is almost over and i have enrolled in a c.c. for nursing and was told i had to take pre-nursing then apply and go through the selection process. I am planning to take a class this summer of general ed.. speech, get it out of the way, and i am wondering how hard are these classes going to be? I failed almost every biology class in highschool that i took. I know in highschool i wasnt the greatest student and didnt really care, which is different now but realistically i have to have a minimum of a c to even be considered and I know i want to get the highest grade possible. Any tips or advice
  5. I know I will attend the CC because of costs. I simply cant afford to shell out 50K a year for schooling.
  6. I am in TN and they have some schools that teach only nursing and health care field course but they cost about 50k a year and the cc only cost 3k a year.
  7. I am currently taking a CNA course at the local c.c. and am trying to get into the nursing program here. My goal is to be a pediatric nurse. My concern is if i get my education at a c.c. vs a "nursing school" will that affect my chances of getting a better job?
  8. Has anyone gone from a cna to a rn? I start my cna class in one week and already know that I want to further my education. My goal is to be a PEDS nurse. Any tips on going about this?
