After I have my RN, can I go back to school and specialize in something. like prenatal? Or do I have to say what I want to specialize in when I start? Or both? Help please!

I am going to university to be an RN, but I can't decide whether to do the two year RN program (do they even offer it in Canada?) or the four year BSN program. I've done some research and the BSN looks to be more for people who want to advance and get into jobs in teaching and managment. I don't really want that, and i'm not 100% sure I want to go into nursing. Can I get an RN diploma and still get jobs in Canada or the States? Thanks for your help!

I guess everyone was saying that you can't work in the us because you are a Candian RPN, but because I have a US citzenship, that must make it simpilar. They were probably talking about getting work visa's to work correct? It will be easier for me? If so I am really excited! I want to work in the US so badly!

I just finished my LPN program here in Ontario and I want to work as an LPN in the US. From the articles I have read, it sounds like I can't. Is it possible, and does it help that I am a citizen of the United States? Any help is very apreciated!!!!!!!
