Thanks for all of your posts, at least I know there isn't a problem with just me. I just wish they would get rid of the "waiting list" postings, they keep taking them off and adding them back on!

Hola! I am a new grad RN, I just graduated in Dec. and passed my boards about three weeks ago. Like many new grads out there I'm having a super hard time finding a job.........I mean my apps and resumes don't even make it past HR!! Anyways, I was wondering if any other new grads out there have made it into any of Abrazos' hospitals "new grad waiting list?" I have applied to West Valley's and Arrowhead's "waiting list" and I'm getting turned down because they have "selected other candidates" yet they still have the positions open in their web sites????? I don't know what I'm doing wrong??? I wonder if they are only placing BSN graduates on the list?? Oh one more thing............anybody doing home health for MGA??? They are just about the only ones out there that will even talk to a new grad nurse, but I don't know much about them besides the fact that they do pediatric home health. Thanks for your time!!
