Any one with suggestions on where I can find, in print, the Standards of Care for Acute Cardiac Chest Pain presenting in the ED? I know what they are but I need it in print. Any suggestions for sites? Thanks, I am trying to rewrite an outdated policy and do sime education at the same time.

I have recently been offered a travel assignment in Las Vegas at Summerlin. I 'm hearing bad things about working in Vegas. I work ER. Anyone with any recent experience? or anything good to say? or bad? Need some input to make a decision, soon. Thanks
