well I'm still trying to decide and I'm out of time! I would like to know what the difference ebtween the prestige clinical 1 and the clinical lite are... does anyone know where to find this information???

HI All, I'm new to nursing and need to get a stethescope for clinicals and practice.. I have done some research but I still have no clue which stethescope to get... How do you know if one is good, which is better ect... I have read several posts and it seems people really like the littmans (but they are SO expensive). My friend who is a nurse says that while the Littmas are the best a prestige is a close second- but there are so many varieties... My budget really is tight and I just don't know how to pick which one is right for me. thanks for the help
