    I have been working as a part-time nurse floating from one unit to another one for almost two years. I have only three days in a week (3-11) including every other weekend. I have a good evaluation. How long do you think I should have to wait until getting more days and regular hours without shifting between units and asking for extra days all the time? I have not looked yet for another job because I like the place and feel that its not a good time for finding another job. Any advice is highly appreciated.
