Hey all! I was wondering what was the best way of becoming an RN, considering my current position. I've been at a community college in the area (Westchester Community College) for 4 years; mostly because I couldn't decide on a career choice. At the end of this semester I will have completed 100 credits and I have my AAS in Computer Information Systems. What would you think is my best bet out of these three options: Transfer into a plain Bachelors Degree program in Nursing. Transfer into an AAS program in Nursing at my current school so I can later on do an RN to BSN. Transfer into a CUNY/SUNY (Hunter and Baruch) school and try to get my bachelors in whatever is quickest and then do an accelerated BSN program? Are there any positives and negatives to each route that people may know about? I really need insight because the application deadlines are approaching and I need to decide what im doing. I've procrastinated for the past year. I want the quickest route! HELP!
