  1. Software Engineer wanting to do nursing

    SE_NUR posted a topic in International Nursing
    I've been in the IT field for 6 yrs and am not quite satisfied with it (though the pay is good). Been thinking of doing nursing but I'm on H1B. Is it possible for me to do part-time course or online courses and get a nursing degree? I dont have this option to switch my professional field in my home country! Anyway the questions are- 1. Can a H1B take up nursing course part-time? 2. I've a 4-yr bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering. Do I need to take up any other course before joining the medical field? 3. Given this, what is the best nursing course for me? Thanks for all your inputs and help!
