  1. Is there anybody out there who has recently worked for meritus home health in Hagerstown? I just applied and was interested in any insights about it from current or recent employees. Thanks!
  2. I've been an RN for a little over a year now. I worked at one hospital on a critical care floor for my first year, and then was able to find a job closer to home. I switched to a hospital closer to home after about a year of experience, and have been there for about 3-4 months now. The floor I work on now is also a critical care floor very similar to my first job. At both facilities I had/have AMAZING colleagues. However. . . I still feel so incredibly anxious before I go to work everyday. I knew it would be like this for a while, but I feel like I've been doing it long enough that I shouldn't feel scared everyday. Is this normal? I feel like part of it is that I was just starting to feel confident at my first job (I just could not take the commute anymore) and then I switched jobs and feel like I've almost started over. Has anyone else gone through this before? I guess I just need some reassurance that it will get better . . .
  3. Thanks! I've actually already applied to the Hagerstown branch (you apply separately) because I live like 20 minutes away it would be much cheaper than living on campus. Thanks for the info though!
  4. thanks! I'm new to this and didn't know where to put it
  5. Hi everyone! I can't seem to find very much information on Towson's nursing program at the University System of Maryland Hagerstown. I know it is the same exact program as the main campus of Towson, but that is about all I know. Does anyone know anything about it or have any advice? I also know they only have about 30 slots there, but I don't know how many people apply to the Hagerstown branch. Is it harder to get into than the main campus because of the limited space? Any information about it would be great! Thanks in advance!:)
