  1. Hi I am currently in LTC and thinking about getting back into acute care. I use to work at JCMC and didn't really like how things were ran. I was thinking about trying Wellmont but wanting some insight. What is their pay like? Shift diff? Benefits? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
  2. ok guys I'm desperate. I have a care plan due next week. My patient had a burn from a cigarette lighter on her forehead. Her admitting diagnosis was cellulitis. A culture of the forehead came back as hemolytic staphylococus. I am really confused where to even start with this one. I was thinking altered tissue perfusion but I'm having a hard time with it. I need the top 2 priority nursing diagnosis and I can't even come up with one! Can somebody please help me? Thank you.
