  1. I need some help

    I just want to say im new to allnurses so i am unsure if this is going in the right place. I am just about to start my nursing course here in England. I have always wanted and hope to move to america with it. I have just found out in order from me to move over to america as a nurse i have to complete a exam which is a DR's exam is this true or is there another way for me to move over to america and be a nurse any help or advice would be great thankyou
