  1. Congrats Zaraza! That's awesome!
  2. Thanks everyone! I will be finding out tonight! The good pop up is the pearson vue trick. You can search it on this site and you can find how it works. Basically if you go back to register for your NCLEX to retake it, if it lets you and takes you to the credit card page to pay, that means you didn't pass the NCLEX. If a pop up comes up and doesn't lead you to the cc page, then that means you passed. It is very accurate!
  3. I really wanted to post on the site because it has helped me so much throughout studying for NCLEX and nursing school. I took my NCLEX RN today and I am getting the good pop up! The computer shut off at 75 questions and I am pretty confident I have passed!! I will update tomorrow when I find out.
  4. I need to write a care plan on a patient whom has paranoid schizophrenia and has stopped taking her meds one month ago. Now telling people they are possessed by the devil and repeating what people say. She has made no threats as to harming herself. My first thought for a diagnosis was Risk for injury. I mostly need help with a diagnosis to get me started if anyone has any input. Thanks!
  5. I took my Nclex PN today and it stopped at 90 questions. What are the chances that I passed? Any insights?
