  1. I am currently in the Accelerated program at TCU and it us definitely fast and furious. We have all come so far since starting in May, but I won't lie to you...it is a lot of work. I personally think it is totally worth it to be finished so quickly and I have met some really awesome people at TCU. If I had it all to do over again, I would still attend this program for sure. Good luck to everyone applying and I would be glad to answer any questions for you.
  2. Hi everyone! I hope that you are all enjoying the program so far! I just got accepted to the Accelerated program beginning this May and I am so excited! I have a question that I was hoping one of you could answer for me. Does the accelerated program follow the normal TCU calendar for things like Thanksgiving break? I am asking because my Father in law is retiring this year and our family is planning to attend his retirement party over Thanksgiving weekend. School will absolutely come first for me no matter what, but I just want to let him know now that I won't be able to come if that is the case. Thank you so much for your help and advice in advance!
  3. I got in too! My letter just came today in the mail!!!!
  4. Thank you so much for letting us know about the decision letters! That helps alot!!!! Good luck everyone!
  5. I graduated from Baylor in 2006 and majored in Spanish and Communication. I just finished up my pre-requesites in December (A&P II, Micro, and Nutrition) and before that I took A&P I, Stats, and Psych I and II. I have a niece with brain cancer and helping out with her treatment helped me to realize that I wanted to be a nurse. I was really nervous about the Science courses because I had not taken any of them at Baylor, but I pulled off all A's so I was super excited! I did well on the A2 and my grades are good, but I am still soooo nervous. I really want to be part of this program. Hopefully we will be hearing soon!
  6. I hope so too! What classes are you taking right now?
  7. I agree! I am going crazy waiting!
  8. Hi! My name is Mandy and I also applied for the program starting in May. We should find out in February. I found a post on this site from last year that made it sound like they got their acceptance letters on the 6th. I am getting pretty nervous...good luck to you guys! Hopefully we will be meeting soon.
