Hello everyone! I recently was accepted into anesthesia school, which has been my life long dream. I was extremely thrilled when I received the phone call from the CEO offering me admission to the program, and I still am, but reality is starting to sink in. I have worked very hard to get to this point in my career and am anxiously anticipating the new changes that are coming in just a few short months.....As a single mother of one daughter, I am very attuned to the sacrafices that I am going to be making once school begins. Does anyone have any advice with regard to time management / balancing family life & student life. I was a single mom during my AD program, worked full-time during those studies, I also worked full-time as a staff RN in the ICU while also participating as a full-time student to complete my BSN.....any tips on how I can be successful in school and as a mom at the same time would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
