Wasn't asking for anyone to do my homework for me. What i've seen in clinical is things such as the hand washing stations not being in the appropriate places etc. but these topics have already been chosen. Another topic might be how we have to wake patients up at night to take vital signs and such...it just seems like i really want them to get their sleep but waking them up seems to be what most nurses do at night...so could there be a better solution? Other than that I haven't really seen too much around that i see as a problem that could actually be changed and improved upon. So again I wasn't asking for anyone to 'do my homework' just looking for some brainstorming type of ideas. Thanks.

If anyone could give me some ideas about the following: I have to do a poster presentation type of project that deals with a nursing problem. We have to come up with a problem that we've seen during our clinicals on the floor. For example, some students have done the location of the hand sanitizer pumps and how they could be better located or another is call lights not being answered by nurses who aren't assigned to that particular patient. We basically have to think of a problem and then come up with a creative solution for it on the floor. I really appreciate any ideas. Thanks!
