  1. Foreign Doctors as nurses in Florida

    Hi All, My name is Olena and I am looking for information about a nursing program in Florida that allows foreign doctors to train as RNs. I was a pediatrician in Odessa, Ukraine for six years before I married an American man and moved to the USA. I currently work at a large hospital in Jacksonville, Florida as a Patient Care Technician. All I have been able to learn about the program at the Florida International University is over a year old. Does anyone have more current information about it? Or, is there another facility that is offering the courses? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Olena
