  3. hi, it seems like you are in a worst situation than myself. I have been talking to quite a few friends from other hospitals but most of them told me that their hospitals are very busy and normally dont put nurses oncall unless it is an extra day. I guess it depends on the hospital that we work in...
  4. Hi, due to low census recently, I have been put on call quite frequently. I only work three 12 hours shift a week and can be put on call for two shifts. It is really hurting me financially but don't know what to do about it. Is this legal? Am I elligible for unemployment? I am from California.
