I've been with Fmc for years and I don't deserve this abuse. Plus Booth came aboard of who I've never heard good things from Davita people. They say she has always lied to them. She kept it secret for a long time that davita had lost scripps, however hd nurses learned about that from icu nurses in la jolla. Now this beast is in fmc. What do you expect from her?

1. 10 more nurses are coming from Booth and 3 more from Drury. 2. A few nurses came to US on tourist visas and got working visas from Fmc. Now they are getting $16/hr. We know the names, but won't post them to avoid embarrassment for our colleagues.

I guess we need to listen what they say on Monday meeting. the big wig will speak out. Please, do not even think about discussing minor problems like I came to work and the pt had been discharged 3days ago. Don't let them talk about that. Just focus on our hours, hourly rates, and how they disguise and hire foreigners for a miserable pay in the philipines and then bring them to us as interfacility transfers. They bypass the law. On Monday brainwashing will take place. They will falsely reassure us to win more time to finish their plan. It's naive to think that they will say: "Sorry, we will give you 2 pts from now on. We did not know you really want it." They are working now on how to make us believe they doing the right thing for us.

Stopunions.com has a lot of valid criticism. Union or not we have to secure our hours somehow to get 80 each pay period.

Fmc has a union in Hawaii.

Hey F160, how fast can we set up a union only for San Diego acutes? And how much will it cost PER PAY CHECK? We have about 130 RNs.

They threatened them so that poor new philipino colleagues clock out after 10 hrs 30 min of work with 2 cases and still bleach their machines in staff. Perfect employees.
