  1. Does anyone know how competitive a program like this is to get in, and if there are any more in the country? Thanks.
  2. Ok, I havent visited this site in a while. As of right now I am a RN in an SICU and I do really enjoy my job but I'm looking to go back to school. What I really want to do is to be Orthopedic NP but my concern is how many Ortho NP positions are there out there and how is the pay. I have also thrown around the idea of going back to school to be PA. I guess my question is which of the two degrees would I be more likely to work in the Orthopedic field with and what would the pay difference be? Can I really expect to find a job in the Orthopedic fiel straight out of NP school with decent pay? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  3. So are you in the Army? I was also thinking about applying to UAB. Im thinking that out of state tuition is really going to be bad. I'm just hoping I have the grades to get in.
  4. Hey vaRN I see your from Alabama, Im from Mississippi I was just wondering were you went to CRNA school at?
  5. Im in my last year of nursing school and I want to go to CRNA school after working a couple of years. When I graduate I should have a GPA of 3.3 or better. My concern is that in my first year of college I slacked a little bit and never droped a physics class and ended up with an F because it was never dropped. Now should I retake this class? Im really concerned that this one class and one year is going to haunt me and I want be able to get into a program no matter what. Any advice on what I can do and how I can prepare myself to be more competive to get into a program?
