hey! yeah i have completed it a while ago and it didn't give me any errors or problems. How are you doing with everything so far? Have you completed most of the check list? I am done with everything except the ATI bundle....it kinda sucks to have to spend so much money. Ugh! :)

hey everyone!! I definately feel very overwhelmed too!! All the little things they require cost soooo much money!! Especially that ATI bundle. Does anybody know if its mandatory to have that? Cause it sounds like those are all the books we will need for school, and in reading back the old posts it seems that some of the current students didn't get that because they bought books off of other students. If anyone has any more info about that please share. I don't think that any of us here need to spend any more money then we really need to.

hey! has anyone applied for any private loans to cover the tuition? I think i may have to apply and i am wondering about the process and how hard is it to get a private loan.

i heard that any smart phone would work too... like the iphone or blackberry. i am planning on getting a blackberry.

yeah they told me this week too if your file is complete it would be forwarded to the advisors and then from there to the student. I hope they hurry up and let us all know soon.

yeah thats just for NEAT. i am not sure about the financial aid yet. I am planning on calling and bugging them on monday, they said it will be ready at the end of this month :)

i just got my rejection letter today. oh well... its not going to stop me from going to emory. I am still going through with it even though it will mean taking out a bigger loan :)

my dad said i have a letter from emory waiting for me. its probably about the NEAT. i don't think i got it though.

anyone hear anything about NEAT or financial aid yet??

I haven't heard anything from financial aid either other then the stuff they are needing from me. this wait sucks! When we were at the open house the assistant dean was saying something about nominating ten people out of all of us was that about the NEAT or am i mistaken? But yeah i also heard that only like 8-10 ppl get it. I'm not holding out any hope that i will get it, it would be nice though.

hey futurecrna219! yeah the 60 hr prerequisits must be completed before you start the program itself. but like keno2 said many of the people already accepted are wrapping up the classes they r missing. I don't believe they will let u start the program if you do not have those hours completed. You might want to call the admissions office to make sure :)
