   No you only get a pass or fail. One of my co workers failed the first time and she received a report of sorts that showed how close she came to passing.

    My employer uses scenario based questions. Questions to the effect of "So, tell me a time when you had a disgruntled employer, how you handled that situation." They use a lot of situation based questions.
