UNCC RN-BSN Online Program
I actually graduated this past December. It was a lot of papers and what I would call busy work but totally doable. Some of the instructors were less than desirable but I figure that would be the same anywhere. The program coordinator was very helpful and it was best for my budget.

UNCC RN-BSN Online Program
I recently applied to this program and was hoping there were some nurses on here with some feedback about the program. I work M-F 8-5 and am seriously hoping I can be successful if I get accepted into the program. Thank you!

Can't find my niche
I have been a nurse for 7 years and have had 4 different jobs. I have been outpatient, inpatient, private practice, and surgical. I have changed due to schedule mostly due to my family(had a baby 2yrs ago). Anyone else struggle finding the perfect fit? Does it even exist? I can't seem to satisfy my home life and nurse life.

Going from days to nights.....
I could use a little insight. I currently work for a private surgery practice roughly 8 - 9 hour days but have pulled a few 11-12 shifts. My dream is to be a pediatric nurse and miraculously I got offered a job(considering I have NO floor experience) but it's a 7p to 7a shift and I am TRERRIFIED that my body will hate the night shift. Do I suck it up to get the experience for my dream job or keep holding out in a place I'm not happy in for a days position that may never come? Thanks so much!

Advice for a RN wanting to work PICU
Ok all you PICU experts out there I am in need of some advice. I am currently working in a private practice with a doctor that specializes in major maxillofacial surgery. I assist in all major surgeries and help administer conscious sedation in the office. I am dying to work in the PICU. I have applied to other parts of the Children's hospital and been denied due to "lack of experience." Is applying even a good idea? The job posting says "PICU or ICU experience strongly preferred." Well I have none so does this mean applying is just a dead end? I know that I am ment to work in this area and just can't seem to get there. Any and all advice is appreciated!
