    I have been nursing for several years and would really like to move into non bedside nursing. But, I am not really sure how to express my desire for a change away from direct patient care without sounding negative. I don't want to sound like I don't care about taking care of people, because that is what nurses are, but, I also don't think this is exsactly right for my personality, because I am really unhappy right now. I want to help others, but in a different way. I want to get into something more clerical. Is that bad? Can anyone help me? Please!!
