  1. the future of CRNA's

    Hello everyone, I am a long time reader and a first time poster. This is truly an awesome forum for those of us that have an intense interest in the CRNA profession. I will give you a brief background. I am 31 years old and will be applying in 3 years to CRNA school. (My wife is in law school so we are taking turns completing our education.) I was wondering if anyone has read about the future of CRNA. I understand that currently there is a shortage as with almost all of nursing. Has anyone been able to find out about the future? Are schools meeting demands of the future? I have committed myself to this tract to continue my nursing career and would love some input as to what type of future it holds.
