  1. New Grad RN Columbus Ohio, Need Advice!!

    Hello everyone!! I'm new to allnurses.com and the profession of nursing. I just completed my associates degree in Nov. So here's why I need advice. I have no patient care experience other than clinical hours from school. I was in sales the past 8 years and I have very good people skills. The market is tight for new grads and I'm finding that my lack of patient care is a major problem. Does anyone have any suggestions for finding a job as an RN or at least getting some patient care experience even if not as an RN? Many thanks!!
