  1. from their website, it says minimum GPA of 2.7. i have to be accepted into the college itself then apply to the nursing program. i have no worries about the college itself, it is the nursing program that i am getting nervous about. they did not ask for an essay. should i write one anyway?
  2. how do i find out the average GPA that is getting accepted into the programs? can i call and find out? would they even tell me that kind of information?
  3. Hello everyone! I am new to this forum and am in looking for some much needed guidance. I am currently a pre nursing student trying to figure out what i want to do. i would really like to get my BSN and go on to CRNA school. at the moment, i have a 2 year old little girl, i am thinking of getting my RN first and trying to do the rest while working. question is, what is the minimum GPA to get accepted to an RN program or a BSN program? if you are already in a nursing program, what was your GPA? I currently have all my pre req.'s finished plus a few extras that are related to the medical field htat were not required (i figured it wouldn't hurt) and i have a GPA of 3.360. is this a GPA that i can get into a program with? i just mailed out 4 applications for different schools, YSU being the one BSN program that i applied to. does anyone know if i am qualified for this program? thanks so much!
