  1. Hello! About 5 years ago I received a BBA in Finance and am thinking of going into nursing. The problem is my GPA hovers around 2.70. From what I'm finding on here it looks as though I've dug myself such a hole I wouldn't be able to dig myself out. I there anything I could do? Is it possible for me to still become a PA, or flight nurse, or nurse in the Er? Would it still be possible to enter nursing school, do very well, and work to get accepted into an anesthesia school? Its a shame the damage you can do when your young and aimless. I hope I didn't permanently wreck a possible future in this field. What could I do?
  2. Hello everyone. I more and more believe I will be making a career change to nursing. I have a BBA in Finance which included very little science. I will possibly look to complete prerequisites at a local community college. The only science course I took in college would have been some sort of chemistry class. I assume it was Intro to Chem. My question for you all is what courses, if any, should I take to prep for these prerequisites courses? I don't want to waste time and money taking classes that are not needed. At the same time I'd like to gain a good basic understanding of the subject matter since I'm basically starting from scratch. Any help and suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
